Follow the adventures of Theo Duncan  the son of the Prime Minister  and Samira Jhor, his school friend. In the first book in the series, Mystery in the Palace of Westminster, Theo and Sammy must recover the stolen parliamentary mace. As Theo's dad, Will Duncan, struggles to pass historic House of Lords reform in Parliament, the children conduct a secret search for the thief. Join Theo and Sammy as they try to solve mysteries that have baffled Parliament.

This series is perfect for readers aged 10 years plus, who have enjoyed other middle grade mysteries, like Murder Most Unladylike and Adventures on Trains, and are ready for their next adventure.

Judges of the Selfies Children's Book Award, 2023

Georgina, Reviewer

The book explained the inner workings of parliament in an easily understandable and age appropriate manner, making it a great introduction to politics for children.

I would have absolutely loved this book as a kid, and still thoroughly enjoyed it as an adult.

LoveReading 4 Kids

This book would be a great introduction to politics while also offering a twisting mystery to entertain readers.
